The ZeroPlay throttle insert eliminates annoying play in the throttle and ensures a more precise fit. This means no annoying wobbling in the throttle.

This is possible with almost all ride-by-wire systems, which have become standard in modern motorcycles.

With a little skill, installation takes only about 5 minutes. Take a look at my installation guide. This is an example for installation on a Honda CBR600RR. Installation may vary slightly for other models or brands.

Wie viel Spiel sollte der Gasgriff haben?

Ein moderner Gasgriff mit Ride by Wire benötigt überhaupt kein Spiel.

Grund dafür ist die Funktionsweise. Während ein herkömmlicher Gasgriff über einen Seilzug mit der Drosselklappe verbunden ist, funktioniert die Ansteuerung der Drosselklappe bei Ride by Wire-Systemen über einen Potenziometer im Gasgriff, ähnlich wie ein Dimmer für eine Lampe. Dieses elektronische Signal wird dann von einem Steuergerät verarbeitet und steuert so die Öffnung der Drosselklappe bzw. Drosselklappen.
