Shipping policy

We ship our products within Germany and to selected EU countries.

Delivery times orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 working days. The delivery time after shipment is 1–3 working days within Germany.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on weight and delivery destination.

Shipping service provider We ship with DHL parcel and Deutsche Post. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your order.

International deliveries Different delivery times and shipping costs may apply to deliveries to EU countries.
